Editing or QC

I've been thinking for awhile. And somehow. I really really want to try my hand at fansubbing. >_> Been reading up quite a bit on the processes and programs used in their arsenal.

And the more I read. The more I wanna try my hand at it. BUT.

I don't know japanese. :P

Which is...good? Cos that's required to be. a editor. But its bad as well. Cos I don't have NO knowledge of japanese. I have. A lil. Plus I did pick japanese as my elective module.

On the other hand. There's QC. Another option for someone scarcely proficient in Japanese. >_>

GAH.

To do, or not to do, that is the question.

I even went ahead and downloaded mirc for the sake of joining the irc channel. Plus. i can learn so much more if I join their team. T___T
